Sylvia: Hello Chetan, that's a pleasure for me to talk with you.
Chetan: I would like to know the idea of launching "Flash & Flex Developer’s Magazine"(FFD).
Sylvia: Flash & Flex Developer’s Magazine is a quarterly publication distributed in English language in USA. The magazine is a source of advanced usage of Flash/Flex, such as: Action Script Development, Server-Side Interaction or Sound and Animation functions. Not only will the publication be addressed to the experts, but it will also attract the beginners. They would find here several useful and helpful tutorials, a very basic training. Each issue will contain a CD with the latest programs, applications and video tutorials.
Chetan: What kind of articles is FFD's going to publish?
Sylvia: The idea of the magazine is to give the readers 'theory through practice'. All of our articles are written with that in mind.
Chetan: Which subject scope in general cover by FFD?
Sylvia: We want include only the topics that will certainly be of interest of our readers. There are many advisers – Flash and Flex specialists that suggest what is hot nowadays. We focus on the following issues:

Chetan: Who will be your competitor in the Market?
Sylvia: I think e-magazines: DMX Zone, Flashmagazine, Flexmagazine, Flash Zone, Flex Developer’s Journal will be our main competitor.
Chetan: Why you are going to publish FFD quarterly, why not monthly?
Sylvia: Well, we would like to check the popularity of the mag first, it is a premiere issue so we just want to see the results and reactions. If it goes well, we will certainly became a bi-monthly publication.
