psdmag.org has released his third issue of year 2008; a creative issue devoted to Digital photography, the art of putting life in things (photo’s) to make them immortal, beautiful and eye-catching. Here they explore new techniques to use Photoshop to its limit and the Cover Image itself say the truth. Neil Duerden presents his techniques for creating the cover illustration. In his other tutorial Summertime and Bubble tastic introduce a majestic way to add a cool and clean photo effects.

How to make shining and glowing person Tony Ariawan is one of my favourite tutorial, in this tutorials Tony give trick to transform a photograph of a girl in such a way that it look like girl made by smoke. You can see example images on .psdmag's site.

Other than this Photographing cars and Cropping and composition by Alain Briot are introduce us with tricks to improve our Photoshop skill. How to create stylish engraving effect by Maxim Chernousov teaches how to use the AlphaPlugins Engraver filter to give photos the appearance of hand-made engravings. Panoramic manipulation by John Buurman and Illustrate the future by Neil Deuerden are also a good reference.

This magazine also contains a review section which gives you guideline to select good reference book and software.
